Composer: Jonathan Geer
Orchestrator: Zach Nicely

Duration
ca. 18'30"

Jonathan Geer's evocative score, originally composed for D-Pad Studio's critically acclaimed adventure, Owlboy, receives the full symphonic treatment in this 18-minute orchestral suite. The work traces an epic journey through soaring aerial sequences, intimate character moments, and climactic encounters.

The suite opens with the grandeur of the main title before following Otus through his early adventures - from peaceful moments at home and flying lessons to the mounting tension of "Advent Under Attack." The heart of the work centers on the dramatic Dreadnought sequences, building through "Approaching Dreadnought" to the climactic "Dreadnought Escape." The suite concludes with the reflective "End Credits," providing a satisfying emotional resolution to the high-stakes adventure.

faq

Where do the rental fees go?

More than half of all rental fees go to the original copyright owners, with the rest going towards the sustainability of our company.

The distribution of these rights vary by game. In most cases, the copyright for the music is shared between multiple parties that can include the game publisher, an independent music publisher/distributor, and/or the composer.

Is there a reduced fee for additional performances within a rental period?

Yes! If you rent a piece for multiple performances, only a partial fee is added for each subsequent performance.

Do you provide digital sheet music?

No. We realize it may be more convenient or standard for ensembles to receive and use digital parts, but we only provide scores and parts in physical format. We do this to maintain a reputation of keeping licensed music as secure as possible to attract and retain clients who are exceptionally protective of their intellectual property. Thank you for your understanding and for working with us to build and maintain strong relationships with game publishers.
